Decision-making is not best done off the hip. Lets face it, CEO's are problem solvers. We have learned and have become proficient problem solvers. In fact we are so proficient that there are no problems we can't solve. Having solutions to problems is great; however during the quick draw process we train ourselves to believe that "there is no problem I can't solve".

A quick draw solution based upon one persons experiences and opinions is rarely the optimal solution, but simply just "a" solution.
